thanks for the response

will ftel report its earnings in early august? i know quarter ends on june 30
when did/will ftel start booking dvg's as sales to fnet?
will fnet revenues still be counted on this quarters sales for ftel?(since they are booking revenues from internet service)

The $4.64 is the conversion price, for preferred holdings only, that one may convert at or at 80% of the average closing price for the previous 20 days (or about $2.35). It doesn't have anything to do with the warrants. The warrants are one share of FTEL stock for each warrant if the IPO doesn't go through.

Vic I take it you don't believe that they will exercise the warrents and sell the options.I hope they don't,but we can't be sure !!
