YES SIR... I LOVE IT.... This is some nice bit of info regarding the mortgage banking... The company is examining establishing similar programs in other Central American and Caribbean countries. I think we might be opening up a few more offices besides the one in BELIZE

Holy Frijoles, Batman! Guys, this is AMAZING! Is it me, or do you get the feeling someone at HQ is keeping on top of this thread and others:) Hmmmmmm.... Mayor is right - keep a close eye on #2 - this is the first word from the company regarding Video Phone stuff. Can we say MASS VOLUME boys and girls? A couple items to share with the grupo: -I spoke with Carl earlier for the first time and felt very comfortable. He seemed on top of things, knowledgeable, informative, etc. He said they wanted to get the website up by the end of the week. My kinda philosophy - Commit less, deliver more. -I hate spreading rumors, but just can't resist in this case. I got an email earlier today from someone in the stock stating that there are some MAJOR players with deeeeep pockets checking this puppy out, but are slightly concerned about the recent decline. The numbers I've heard would clear out 1/3 to 1/2 of the total float! Now for the REAL question to answer: How are we going to organize our trip to Belize? I can't wait to see where we are come Friday next week! Any bets? Yo soy El Diablo
