Derek, given the prevalence of the reformat, reinstall thing in the Win95 world, I think anybody thinking about installing on top of an existing Win95, instead of doing a clean install, should be asking themselves Dirty Harry's question: Do you feel lucky?

I've been going through my own private Windows H-- I mean, integrity and uniformity experience this week, trying to get either Win95 or WinNT to boot off a SCSI disk.

Cheers, Dan.

>>>"It's great that Microsoft has fixed 6,000 bugs with Windows 98 and
added 1,000 new technical support people to handle calls. The
troubleshooters they've built into Windows 98 are good," said Presti. "But these troubleshooters are not ideal for beginning or average users; they're more for advanced users. And they're totally focused on
Microsoft software, not third-party software or hardware incompatibilities." <<<

Win95 had 6000 bugs? MSFT don't care if the other vendor's apps don't run? Say it aint so, Clem!
