yes, brazil has run into some political problems as far as telebras goes, but they have made it clear in no uncertain terms that the privatization will occur soon. end of july on bidding and what not, im not certain of the exact date, if their is one......seems it will be a somewhat timely process, will not just happen over night. it will be highly competitive with all the big and small players but we now have a good size co. in our corner and now we have some brazilian pull in the form of this new guy. whether plfm can pull off a contract will remain to be seen, but they have a niche product and imo they are fitting the pieces of the puzzle together in a very orderly fashion all stacking the odds in our favor. the inherent risk with plfm should be obvious to all holding shares, this industry is highly competitive, but the small guy can be a player if they can get their proverbial 'foot in the door'. if plfm gets a brazilian contract late summer or this fall, strap the seat belts on and turn on the afterburners cause we are going for a ride imo. poet.
