Hang in there Gary.... The Majority is behind you all the way! I'm convinced we will have our day. Debbie, I think you are right. The majority of the people are behind him all the way. It disgusts me to see the way that some of the very same people who have been walking around with their noses up his butt not too long ago are the same ones trying to say that he could be involved. Well these people certainly didn't mind calling his house 24 hours a day, and they didn't mind letting him do all the work and make all the calls, but when they do not get rich quick, they are the first to attack the source, when in fact he has probably lost more than any of us. When this stock was at its peak, Gary was a hero. However, now that it is in trouble, the same folks who made him their hero who have turned on him as well. Some real folks of character we are dealing with here, don't you think? Kind of reminds me of a parasite who has sucked all the blood out of its host, and then turns on it. I expect to make some permanent enemies out of this post, and if that is the case, so be it. But it is this lack of character in people that makes me cringe. I may make enemies, but I will not comprimise what I believe in for any amount of profit from any stock. It is just not worth it. Just my opinion, sorry for rambling. :-) Binder

Well after finding out everything happening in PMs, and e-mails I figured out that there are those that want to shift the blame to me and others trying to correct this mess. People want to believe a man that issued himself 180K of free trading A through his affiliates to be free trading and then turn around and sell said shares against a well plan buying scenario. Upon which he has left the US, sold house house, and is willing to go away permanently IF the stop transfers are lifted and if they are not he will suddenly make it a conspiracy through his so called attorney and private investigation agencies. Well what about the people that are listening to a small group of others that are from what I can gather listening to an attorney for McAndrews. There is only a small handful of on-line investors who support these two plans against this stock. Twisting every word they can to take the focus off of Dan and themselves. In chess if you want to take someone of the offensive then put then on the defensive. We have a man and some affiliates and others that are out to manipulate this stock. I have folders on this stock of black and white as to what is going on. As the time suffers on and the people behind tanking of the stock are effectively working on getting more and more to support them by casting shadows of doubt on those out to nail someone which the focus should be on. I and others will come under more and more open fire and accusations and implications. It is all going to come out and either I am the biggest fool on the face of this earth or some others are and there is going to be no mediocrity in this at all. Ignorance is no excuse for the law or your actions and pointing fingers at who you wish to blame is not going to help either. Common sense is what people should use but when they don;t there is not a lot you can do about it. It was easy to get Dan's Bahamas number yet he was suppose to be in Dallas 4 times now and he has not left the island. I am in touch with the texas security task force and I have retained an SEC attorney to do whatever I have to do. The shareholders have been ripped off and regardless people should be held liable (including me) for their actions. FOR THE RECORD: I have NOT received ANY compensation in cash or stock or gifts of any nature, nor have I pumped and dumped or any other deceptive measure. I have refused to post what I feel is stock manipulation and have forwarded all neccessary black and white documentation I have to the company. DF-144 is a valid product, Exxon did request to test samples of DF-144, the test results and EPA is are valid and true. NO ONE does or can do what Dan has done without other people. I have sat here for two weeks and nearly cried on just how deep seeded this man and what he has done really goes. People are financially stressed and a lot of them including Dan's doctor and friends have been taken my this man that they trusted. I have heard stories of people having dinner with him just before he vacated his house, abandoned cars and when on vacation to the Bahamas. The stories are devastating at the trust and convincing power this man has over people. Dan made two mistakes which was telling he was converting B to A and going into a public fully reporting shell. He has violated the SEC rule 144 everyway possible however he has not gotten away with it and by george if I have anything to do with it he wont. This secret PM and e-mail I hope to expose shortly to the proper authorities as I am continually trying to get the proof of what is happening in the secret chamber of PMs thinking they can hide in cyberspace. There are a lot of people that are nailed and I mean nailed majorily. Now the blame is shifting to the board that did the deal which are the very ones that are doing as quick as they to set it right, tp a conspiracy to toss Dan making him the innocent one, blame those that caught him and working diligently on helping to resolve this mess. I will probably write a book on this and I have started it last night. All my black and white documentation is available for the agencies that so desire it and me as a witness. Plus I am prepare to do what ever I have to do about this secret on-line mess also. We shall see .... GB
