I talked to Dan F. once about a month ago. Just talked to him to verify some of the stuff I had read, but more so just to get a feel for what was going on. My impression was that he is probably a very good salesman. I deal with these type folks all the time either with my company or those trying to sell me services. To be honest I just pigeon holed him. A slicky salesman. Most of these types I come accros make a lot of money. I'm not friends with any of them. So I really did not get very excited about him, in terms of buying the stock. Nor did I have a negative reaction, simply because I know 50 others like him. I did think that he would be good for selling the DF-144. I did get a bit excited about the stock, but had already decided to wait for excitement to pass before buying, so I waited a week, bought some p's already had w's. I guess the point of all this is that it is very easy for me to see (now) how people could be taken in here. He has a talent for sales and exciting people. When I read Bender's post, This was the reaction I had; DF as the pied piper and able to present a convincing case to cast doubt on some very hard facts like issuing illegal shars, selling the house and moving to the bahamas. It's either that or some other motivations on bender's and others part,, I guess we shall see won't we. I did notice he left your name out of the part where he implied that you were on the midl payroll. Given news announcements of your role and common knowledge, I doubt very much that leaving your name off of the post is ANY protection from libel. Long here, will continue to accumulate W's and P's.

Gary as you sit here and tell us you have this and that and the so called SECRET HALLS OF P.M. conspiracies going left and right. You have nothing but a bunch of worthless documents that are outdated and information that is meaningless at this point. I left out much of my conversation with Fisher because I really didn't want to hear from your Bardonic Reject Cheerleading Supporters. You talk about PM's flying around as a major conspiracy against you and YOUR company. Well these are people scared to death because some have lost more money than they have every lost in their life. And you sit here accusing them of tanking the stock, get real. For everyone else go to any stock thread that has really tanked badly. Read the thread where it starts where everyone is all happy and rosey with the stock...Then one or two will get a hint something is wrong and they are flamed to a crisp. Then well we all the know the rest.. My post of what Fisher said was just that, what Fisher said...I did not say I believed or disbelieved what he said....That is for each of you to decide....His number is floating out there...Gary has it and many others...IF and I mean IF GARY is such a Friend to each of you he will assist you in getting in contact with Fisher and he can tell you his side of the story. If he won't help you make the connection then ask yourself WHY. Fisher said he was more than willing to end the stalemate with Mark. Each side has ammo against the other so it will come to a head one way or the other......
