I would MUCH prefer to see TAVA focus on Coke, Chevron, ARCO, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and the other manufacturing-oriented opportunities they have in front of them. I'm quite confident that they can find all of the work they could possibly want within the manufacturing sector, and this would lead to more remediation work and more "post-Y2K" work that could ever be gained from the public sector. TAVA's leadership position should place them in the envied status of being able to *choose* their clients carefully. Some customers are better than others, believe me!

As a shareholder, you should back my position and urge TAVA to knock down some more big manufacturing contracts and stay out of the areas that are of lesser long term value and not within core competency. I have no doubt that LA County has Y2K issues...but leave that to others while there are bigger fish to fry.

Now if they announce a big deal with Kraft, Nabisco, or whatever, you'll be able to hear my applause from wherever you're sitting!!!

Looking Through Muddied Glasses...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
David and All:
The L.A. news was great...
The detractors who only see the negatives have an agenda... Maybe they're short... Maybe they want to influence a price decline... Maybe they just get enjoyment out of taking the opposite side of an issue... Regardless, they are not as objective as they may appear... Their job is to create some doubt in the minds of current investors... This enables them to pick up a 1/4 of a point to 1/2 point on a consistent basis at our expense... The more we banter with them the greater the deterioration of this thread...
Have you asked why Karl and Cheryl aren't posting lately? Their posts lose their impact in a quagmire of petty posts... If we stop replying to the obvious shorters and just concentrate on the TAVA story we will all be better off...
Any contract is a good contract... The L.A. contract is a great contract...
