Laker 17, sorry you're offended by all the talk of short squeezes but it appears because of the stalled and fluctuating price of PKGP, we have a potential squeeze sit. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT about buying a stock based on fundamentals. And we shouldn't wait around for squeezes. I mention it because with all that's going on lately, it becomes evident, IMHO, that MM's are holding the price down on both buying and good news. It would cause one to believe they are accumulating all they can by keeping the price lower before the name change forces a 1 for 1 exchange. I cannot come up with a better senario for what's been going on...can you? Daytraders? I think not. Anyway, it's good advise at these levels to hold or add pending a possible squeeze. If it doesn't happen...so what! We are all here for the fundamentals of a great company...right? Brettster

I believe shorters will cover with whatever the PKGP equivalent at the time. I have no idea how long it will take for the physical exchange of certs from old PKGP fomr to new PKGP form. The stock will trade with whatever symbol is active at the time. TG

Chris, PKGP share trading-- 1. June 30th---Name change to Universal Express 2. July 1st---PKGP symbol changes to new symbol after the close 3. July 2nd---Trading begins on Universal Express with new ticker symbol As I see it all shorts have a 3 day window (just basically shuffling of paperwork (there would not be any window if ALL shares were in certificate form and held by individual investors)) I have also been told by the SEC that the company has the final sayso as to how long old shares of PKGP can be exchanged before they are considered worthless. CB
