I've been in this business for almost 20 years and work as a Portfolio Manager for the last 12. I have some friends that are MM's on wall street and I talk with frequently, usually I visit them monthly so let's say that over the years you get to see patterns that you recognize. Also, look at my post yesterday and there's one example that leads to today but we don't have the volume of trading or Investor interest to get there, from what I can see this is an upward sign (too bad the float is as high as it is).
