I think your right flint.

Though I don't think SBL will take many sells from AWE64 or AWE from SBL. Its a new card that has little to do with the other. Just like I don't think CREAF not going after OEMs is the right thing to do... You make less from a OEM but you also loss a sale for some time if not ever in a market that has little to do with retail. But then again if a OEM wants a card for just about free well the hell with the OEM.

Anyone here try a cable modem(jon?) or have one? What did you think? I have stock in this stuff but have no place to try it out in my area...kansas techno not state(the only state/city that would let newtek(world class 3d co.) go.

MyDiscountBroker.Com ....
Its on again and again and on and on... I may sue um its so bad : ). Lets start a class action, any jury would find for us just on the song alone.

And to top it off we have a local co. that LOVEs to put songs in there ads just as bad as the MyBroker.Com ones. Then they have the people that work @ the co. dance to the music... ouch.

SBLive is delayed because of their inability to get the software done in time and nothing else. Right now, the software is in in-house "test" but they still have no release date established. The card itself is ready and they did not choose to delay it to clear out inventory or any other reason. And you can ask them yourself. They realize it's the biggest screwup they've had in a long time and want it out as much as anybody since every day that goes by is lost sales.

I just wish Sim and the other bigshots would have enough balls to take responsibility for the foulup. It's inexcusable for them to be this late with their key product, which has been in development for quite some time. They were hyping it up at Comdex and it's still missing in action. The market has completely lost all respect for this company and its empty promises.
