i am aware of FOUR buy recommendations.

of the four, midlands target of $25.50 (u.s.) is the LOWEST ! Yorkton, TD Securities and Dominion all have targets north of $25.50 (and lower than $30 - i don't have them in front of me as i write this but i believe the highest is $29.50).

also, i have been lead to believe that griffith mcburney will soon cover open text.

the current stock price.... go figure! that's why the market is the market!

i have wondered if helix is selling. i have wondered if some american holders of the stock didn't like the warrant offering available only to canadians (ie. they might have thought it was "chicken shit"!). i have wondered if some holders got out in anticipation of a correction in repsonse to a tse listing. i have wondered alot!

so much for what the analysts say. is it time to run?

i've been long for a while, and am trying to be patient. but this steady retreat is getting awfully tough to endure. i don't know an analyst that isn't really long open text..... but maybe that's a reason to get out.

anyone got any ideas? or an explanation for the steady retreat?
