As the #1 company in the interactive entertainment sector (according to IBD), THQ should get a considerably higher PE than just the average, don't you agree? And, if THQ is #1 and ERTS is #2 with a PE of 43, then let's give THQ a PE of 45, 2 points higher than the nearest competitor. This would put THQ at $92 a share based on trailing earnings. Seems reasonable to me. Heck, the Dollar Tree (DLTR) trades at a PE of 50, with less projected future earnings than THQ. The market is wacked.
