what are your thoughts regarding wholesale mm's versus retail mm's?
from my conversation with BAOA they thought retail mm's would solve the shorting problem...my impression is that retail mm's get shares in some kind of lucrative and attractive offer where they play fair because they want to see the share price go UP steady and stay up, because they are invested in it too, while wholesale mm's love to short stocks...
do you think retail mm's can correct trading to be fair trading?

>>MY COMMENT: "(NOTE: in the US, shorting is not allowed in non-marginable stocks under $5.00)""""<<

This is patently false information. Call Fidelity brokerage at 1 800 544 8666 and ask them about it.
