That's EXACTLY why I got rid of my Waterhouse account....well actually gave it back to my husband...<gg>, after I opened up an account with E*Trade. I can't emphasize enough the difference in execution time, with Waterhouse I would wait as much as 10 minutes for a market order to be filled, with ETrade I know in a minute or two. I still dabble with the Waterhouse account and fuss and snort every time I do. IMO ETrade is much easier, faster and more dependable....just these past couple of days I missed out on some trades because Waterhouse was down.
