Hello Walt: I had a short conversation with Sophie from Winspear
yesterday afternoon. At that time the summer program was being
discussed with the board members., and a decision had not been
yet made public as to the extent or the scope of the program. Seeing
it was brought to my attention that Kaiser thought it was unclear
whether Aber was required to contribute monetarily to the next phase., I asked Sophies opinion. She said Aber will be required to
participate monetarily., or suffer further dilution. She as well thought
that John McDonald felt Aber would be contributing monetarily and
that Aber was pleased with the results thus far. If this is the case.,
it further cements the basis that there is a mineable ore body at Snap
Lake. I would suggest those interested to review David James writeup on June 22 on the Winspear thread., where he estimates
operating costs in the neighborhood of 100.00C per ton., a very nice
cushion given ore value of 340.OOUS per ton., which by the way
is the best ore value to date coming out of the NWT.
Sincerely
George J. Tromp
