TAVA can afford an attorney? What are they using for money?

TAVA will eventually trade in the low single digits and should be shorted at any price over 5.

threadneedler - I am sure Bill is getting quite a chuckle out of your attempts to quiet him. Believe me, this has been quite mild. Check his postings on the Zonagen thread.

Message 5002315

He has referred to the company and its CEO in this manner literally dozens of times.

By the way, I have followed his postings for some time and he is right far more often than he is wrong. He is right on TAVA as well, just a bit early.

Al

Threadneedler, I hope for the sake of the TAVA longs that the TAVA general counsel was just being nice to you in the conversation about Wexler. When a company starts taking such legal actions to defend its stock price or even acknowledging the short attacks, that is a sign to the shorting world that the company is more interested in its stock price than its business model and the shorts all pile on as the smart longs sell. Witness recent action in PLSIA and CCSI.

Real companies use revenues and earnings, not words or legal action, to promote their stock price. I currently have no position in TAVA, but am watching with interest.
