Really, who is making $ on the <1k PC ? CPQ ?, (who started it), checked their earnings lately ? AMD & earnings - no such thing, NSM - no., who ? Only Intel is making $, profits may not be growing right now, but they still make them.

You know who the Vinman is ? I do.

Vinman - Re: " INTC was at $100 last August and with a close of $76 3/8 it has obviously been a bad investment ..."

You also stated your favorite ERGO dropped from 6 1/4 to 3 5/8, a 42% drop so you jumped on it.

Intel is down about 25%, but you feel a company whose stock that is down 42% is a better company.

I like your thinking. It gives us all a big laugh!

Paul

INTC on the other hand has been a terrible performer. INTC was at $100 last August and with a close of $76 3/8 it has obviously been a bad investment recently.

Really? 10 points in 4 days not good enough for you? Oh ya, you thought you could get rich shorting INTC. Oops, those that went L just 5 bagged you...and we slept well each and every night...

Their management should be questioned, they were blind sided by sub $1000 category...

Blindsided? They neglected the market intentionally. No margins. Also, when you are as large as INTC, it makes no sense to be first to market. Let someone else build the market, then take it from them...That is what is going to sent INTC to $120...
