Greetings John

If this were so it would be possible for the vse to reinstate
npa while putting a hold on the trading of those under investigation.
I have heard that RH has already been slapped on the wrist by the
vse if this is or is not true the least should be for his holdings in
npa to be put in escrow until the investigation is completed while
allowing npa trade and carry on bussiness. This would also apply to anyone else (or firm) under investigation.
