Jeff, thanks, I already saw that. Where does it say that one share of the new company will be issued for each share of the old? I assume that the Yes I got from another poster is based on knowledge, not guess. Thanks for your reply. PS, I'm not a neophyte trader/investor and the continued weakness of this stock in face of what would be massive short covering has me concerned. I'm just looking for possibilities for the weakness not discussed before, not trying to spook anyone.

This may be old news but apparently ICC no longer represents PKGP. This was noted on the Raging Bull thread. Two days ago, a rather irritated comment was made by ICC to the PKGP investment community in post #206. Perhaps this gives light to the severed ties.
