Re T, Dow and CNBC.

1. GM has had letter stocks, still does and is still on the Dow. (EDS and GM Hughes)

2. CNBC is not a financial network, it's an entertainment channel where knowledgeable guests are interrupted incessantly by rude talking heads, commercials and whatever else the producers can throw in the way of useful information being presented to viewers.

The discussion about T and the Dow seems to be another time filler by some uninformed and bored announcers doing what they consider to be fun.

I'm beginning to think I could get better information more professionally presented by watching the Weather Channel.

FWIW,
Ian

Hi,Anonymous!
You did well removing those shares from your holdings.
You should know that you were over exposed in one company stock, and that is always very dangerous.
You have to diversify your portfolio, or if you are retired go more into Mutual Funds.
