This one makes me laugh. Only one totally uneducated in Christianity would believe such disjointed premises and some, not even Christian beliefs, which this article claims are of Christians.

And to a point on your past posts, you hate to see lies posted about your beliefs. I do also. But I can't stop them. And you know what, if they are, so be it! You know why, a true Christian knows to convince someone to be Christian there are two steps.

First, you encourage a person to research the bible themselves. Go ahead see if what someone is saying coincides to what the bible says. For instance, deity. Deity was talked about early in Genesis, way before any other pagan religion started to adopt it. So in regard to deity, it could only have been stolen from the Judeo-Christian belief. So all deity issues would be dismissed from this writing simply based upon that.

Another example, Christ's birth, December 25. Well educated Christians (true Christians) know Christ's birthday was not December 25. It was probably sometime in August or October if my memory serves me well (I am not sure if these are the two months that were determined). That date was chosen by Constantine, a Roman Catholic leader trying to fold the pagans into Roman Catholism (or what he called Christianity). Pagans had there Winter Soltice celebration then so he figured Christmas could be overlaid on top of this celebration, and bingo, pagans would jump on the band wagon easier into his Roman Catholism. It was the same as Easter. The Jewish Passover was the holiday which Jesus last supper, death and resurrection was celebrated in the early church. Constantine decided to use his pagan celebration to Ishtar, the Spring God, to overlay the Passover celebration. Hence you got Easter, from Ishtar, and the pagans still had there holiday. The list goes on and on why you had pagan celebrations folded into Roman Catholic celebrations. Even Mary was picked up by the Roman Catholics at this time to counter the pagans God and his Goddess mother. Add Mary into the equation with Jesus and now these pagans still had their mother and son pair to worship instead of the pagan one they were currently worshipping. But this can be picked up easily by any history books about that time. The bible identifies very easily these holidays, when they should take place and when. (Note: Roman Catholics, I am not saying there are not true Christians under the Roman Catholic religion. I know there are, just as I am a Jewish guy, being a Christian, a minority under my religions umbrella.)

But where another set of confusion comes in is is true Roman Catholism true Christianity. From my research and study of the Roman Catholics the answer is NO! So why did the writer use Roman Catholic tenants, which is not true Christianity, to illustrate Christian origins? To be deceptive. Oh how deceptive!

But research the claims against the bible. Get historical references that coincide with the bible. Do it! I want you to. Because this will lead you to the truth. (If you like to read, a perfect example of a book in which this happens, Who Moved The Stone, by Frank Morrison).

Secondly, a Christian would say, get on your knees, and ask God for the truth. Pray about it with a open heart and mind. He will tell you the truth. These two steps get you easily through this crap.

I could go on about this article, but I won't. Enough has been exposed to show its true colors without any other works necessary.

Raymond, thank you for giving me an opportunity to show how pitiful this article really is.

God Bless You,
Steve
