Basically comes down to the following: "Do you want to own a lot of stock in a company that is not worth much?" or "Less stock that is worth a lot more?" If presented and packaged the right way you'd take the latter, right? Oh Oh....an ointment to help shrink swollen Companies and relieve that painful itching and burning. Reverseration-H Rx.....Yoccm

Dick....I get a feeling from your statements that the powers to be are thinking reverse. Say it ain't so. Shareholders and the value of this stock will get pummeled again. That much is obvious. All of these audits are quite disconcerting. Something is amiss or why these constant delays. Famh is definitely buying time. For what?Good question. As Kevin pointed out, management will not answer direct questions. Many of us have tried. Why is Famh the only company that needs 6 months to do an audit? It really is unbelievable.
