Freddie,

I've read with much respect Dick's comments and haven't seen anything to indicate a reverse split. What makes you think that that might happen? Arif can return shares and take warrants or some other debt vehicle if he wants to lower the outstanding shares.

I think, unless these new people that were hired are pure duds and I don't think they are, a reverse is the last thing they'd do. It serves no purpose because that absolutely does not increase shareholder value or confidence.

The time it's taking seems long but I feel that things are coming together and the company will be releasing facts to us shareholders in the not to distant future.

I've said it before I'm holding many, many shares and actually buying more on dips. I am comfortable with the direction we're heading in now.

Steve

Freddie, Apparently from your remarks about "buying time" you haven't been keeping up. No further comments.

Freddie. No my comments are not directed to the conclusion that we are looking at a reverse stock split.

For a reverse to be successful we have to have the following:

1. Solid EPS for 1997.

2. Solid EPS for 1Q and 2Q, 1998.

3. Managament credibility back in the plus column.

4. Stock price is the range that a 2-1 or 3-1 reverse gets us to $4.

We are a long way from meeting these requirements (my opinion only).

LTBFV, Dick
