Looks like E-trade reveals too much for it's and it's clients own good. I would almost suspect an E-trade insider sitting there picking off targets??, but I do not know how they work and so have no factual basis for this, just a suspicion and the knowledge that only the paranoid survive. It might be that the MM gets to see all the stop losses and can swing things in a slow minute and do this. This is when a human can give you protection by watching the stock and entering your order if needed. IMO there was no reason for your SL to have been activated that day. Just another little shortfall with the E-trade and similar systems. Bill
