I don't believe this is unreasonable at all. For a corporate officer in a company doing as well as WIND it is not out of the ordinary. Who knows why he decided to do this. Have you checked the price of real estate in the Bay Area lately?

What is your position in WIND? Your words indicate that you don't like this company very much. However, if you have never taken a position in the stock, that tells me you really have never formed a strong enough opinion to back it up with your money.
