Jester....
It has been reported on Yahoo several times that the actual float is now 100,000,000 million shares. I have not confirmed this information but it has appeared more than once. Since it appears ICC is out of the picture, from posts that I have read, I suggest you serious investors including Robert Warren call PKGP on Monday. If there is no PR firm which is being reported on Raging Bull, I would hope PKGP will talk to you. There have been posts on Raging Bull dealing with a reverse split. We have several unknowns here. I am doing research with several old time PKGP investors. I suggest the major shareholders on this board do the same. You might find out things are not as they appear. I've lost most of my investment due to my high share position. Most of you have a lot more dollars to lose. I agree with jester's post. You cheerleaders better get off your butts and do some serious DD on Monday. And please no private messages. I am e-mailing investors I have known for months and talking to them on the phone. Robert Warren, if you posts are accurate, you appear to have a very large share position. I suggest you do some hard digging on Monday and that's all I will say. This is not meant to panic anyone just make you aware that things are not as they appear. You better make phone calls on Monday.

Jester

I am also puzzled be the departure of ICC at this juncture. If ICC believed of a short squeeze assuming there are no more than close to 40 mil. shares, but now found out that they have been duped because the management of pkgp has been issuing more shares without informing ICC and us, investors, ICC may have thought it is better to leave now than stay with the management and be sued together of misinformation. Remember, a lot of the investors have gone to the sec and complained about the heavy shorting of this stock by the mm's. Now then, if we were to learn that all these naked shorts were not really naked shorts but more shares being surrepituosly dumped by pkgp management, that will be a sad day for us. I hope Mr. Altomare has more sense than this and that is not the reason why ICC no longer represents pkgp. Also, why would the new investors give pkgp money on the assumption that only 4 mil. shares will be added as floats if we were to believe that pkgp has been dumping more shares on the market above the 40+ mil. which we all have heard of? I wish ICC's departure will be explained better. For this stock to move, all doubts have to be cleared. I hope pkgp's leaders realize this and do it sooner than later. Peace and good luck.

Conspiracy theory: your conjecture is supported by my recollection of a snippet. Early on, when ICC was being pressed regarding the float, the response was words to the effect that "We don't really know, but we're trying to find out."

If the maximum authorized number of shares is 47,000,000 as someone recently posted, and if there are really 100,000,000 shares out there, does that mean somebody goes to jail for selling unauthorized stock?
