needler, TAVA shareholders would be better served by TAVA management continuing to focus on their business rather than diverting attention and resources to unneccessary legal matters. I agree that Wexler's comments are often offensive. Even when I agree with his points, I still don't agree with the blunt attacks. But such attacks are better answered by company performance proving him wrong rather than by responding. Responding is a sign that there will not soon be events which will prove the attacks to be wrong.

In the end all that matters is revenues and earnings, not words.

threadneedler... The last thing we need is lawyers. Wexler is not to be taken too seriously since he has his own agenda. I said many times there are flies on every stock out there if you look hard enough. Tava has some just like everyone else. However, the main reason that I am attracted to Tava is it's niche market. The are not slugging it out with the big boys it fact the big boys are coming to Tava. Wexler loves to come in and stir up threads and attempt to get people to sell. The DD has been done on Tava, it is now time for them to execute. That is all that matters. Ignore Wexler, he never has any real facts to back up is mouth.
