Jim as far as the inside trading. Molly is a widower who apparently has many charitable interests. We all have known she would be selling for quite some time(she owns about 25% of the outstanding shares).
The BOD doesn't get much salary(in fact I'm not sure if the are paid "in salary" at all),I don't have the info handy, its in the filings..
Oh well a very quick answer,I'm sure someone will chime in with the exact numbers..I'm strapped for time at the present..DD

<A minor issue is that CADE is carrying a high debt to equity ratio of 0.41, with a low cash to share ratio of 0.03.>

Jim-
When I spoke to Rick Lund last summer, prior to the acquisition, he indicated that the sector/industry average re: "debt to equity ratio" was 44. At that point in time, I believe, CADE's debt to equity ratio was at about 25.... with the acquisition,as planned, it jumped up into the 40 range... still below sector average.
I can't speak to the cash issue at this time.
Re: Molly Cade selling..... that really isn't an issue. She's wealthy & will not wait for a great price in order to make a "donation" to a charity. It's that simple.
This is a solid company.

Hope this was of some help...
