Can someone help me. I am doing a little research. Can anyone tell me what organization came out with a very negative news item or their own personal comments that drove the price down about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I could probably find it but would take a little time. I myself got an email from this outfit but I can't seem to find it.

Again this is further proof that you are just trying to cause confusion. No it's not. You're interested in the resources the company plans to buy and exploit. I'm interested in company structure and financing. I don't think it's at all irrelevant to ask why MTEI backward-merged with as questionable a company as ICVI when there are zillions of clean shells out there. It's not as if ICVI had any assets MTEI wanted, as far as I know.
