ICVI was a clean shell too...

ICVI was a dead shell and had $200,000.00 in receivables. You went all the way back to LUMA which has not existed in a long time. Explain this tie in. And if you are going to quote me at least have the decency to not take things out of context. I am sure that any lurker would appreciate the full statement I made. Thanks.
