"Novell's Killer Upgrade." You have to love that kind of talk. Go Novell! And from your earlier post #22931: A judge recommended a $26.2 million award to Novell in a software piracy case, but Novell is going to request treble damages! That's three kinds of good news. 1) Money into Novell's coffers. 2) Reassurance to resellers who were hurt by the pirates. and 3) Deterrence to other pirates. Novell handles 1,200 cases of software piracy annually! A few $78 million settlements might slow them down.
