What about restricted shares transferred under Rule 504? The restriction's not usually good for very long, is it? 90 days or something? Of course we're not yet 90 days out from the finalization of the merger, so it can't be that, can it....? Unless, of course... Did anyone REALLY read ALL of the Business Week article posted by LE? Never mind. But WHY can't the perfervid longs understand what's happened here? Frenzied buying, equally frenzied dumping. And all the while the "little guy" was being told to Hold Long and Strong.
