Mr. Lund is the CEO. A lot of the information sources may not be up to date and do not reflect recent changes such as the acquisition of
CENCO.

Take a look at CADE's cash flow, order backlog, consistent margin improvement and expected growth rate.

<Does anyone know if Haran is the President of Cade?>
OK Jim.... now you're forcing me to use my memory- until I check it out. I believe Haran was the president of one of CADE's acquisitions, now a subsidiary. The shares that he continues to sell are his payment for the company he sold to Cade.
I'll post the links when I dust them off, but, those of us that have been here a while have already been through this part.

"John Haran is the founder and president of the H.A.C. subsidiary, acquired by Cade Industries in December '94, I believe, for shares of CADE stock. When Mr. Haran sells, he is simply taking payment for his company. That probably will continue as it has, a little at a time. "
This is from my first CADE report last summer.
