Yup, I agree that's alot of shares, but.....
When you ask WHEN a reverse-split is going to occur, especially with a company as new as PRWT, you need to realize that even the mere speculation of that could negatively impact the stock value at the moment.....and that's a pretty strong assumption, especially if you're only basing it on the amount of shares. With the way you've worded your question, it appears as though you feel it's inevitable. Could a reverse-split occur? Sure it's possible. Or, instead, PRWT could buy back shares, reducing the float; or PRWT could be merged with another company, or.....etc. Reasonably speaking, NOTHING is for sure, especially at this moment. JMHO.
