Timelord, of all the floorless situations I have looked at only in 1 did the holder of the floorless actually ended up taking possession and holding some of the stock. Floorless typically exercise their option for covering their short positions. Furthermore, I do not know how many groups actually own the $50 MM in floorless, if there are many owners, these could convert to 50 MM shares without any one holding more than 30 MM shares.
