nam, if you believe those on this thread, the company has been spoon feeding this bullsh*t to the suckers since day 1 of this "squeeze."

i can't think of anything more ridiculous, nor naive, than to ask this company what is in the "works." they have a vested self interest to screw you and won't say thank you, either.

the funniest part is that you will be "surprised!"

The only fault in your message is this.
Those WHO have RMIL in STREET name and IRA's are the ones that SHOULD (MUST) transfer their RMIL shares into a new DLJ account. Those with CERTIFICATES don't have to worry about anything, as they are out of the system already. The ones transferring to DLJ will have shares in their accounts and so it's a mote point.

By forcing a DTC transfer of street name shares from everyone that did not call their RMIL in name form could (may) force the shorts to have to cover in a security that is not trading at the moment. Interesting problem for the shorts!
