Is TAVA a fraud?

What do you think threadneedler? Doesn't it seem odd to you that TAVA's price only seems to rise on hype, yet they have consistently failed to deliver earnings quarter after quarter after quarter.

Did you get those big, bad, scary TAVA lawyers to hunt me down yet?

Oh please Mr. threadneedler, please don't sic the TAVA lawyers on me! I'm already suffering from embedded systems Y2K problems. My toaster doesn't work and my microwave oven thinks it's a stereo.

Boo hooo ....I think I'll go hide in the woods with Cheryl.

On a more serious note:

I suspect that TAVA stock has been fraudulently promoted. There is nothing holding the price up except hot air. TAVA has consistently failed to deliver earnings to its shareholders and it has pledged 100% of its assets for minuscule loans in the form of a floorless convertible. Even though these loans have provided little cash to the company, the resulting dilution from conversion has been devastating to shareholders.

TAVA should be shorted a any price over 5 a share.
