Go back and check the purchasing of this stock, it started end of December 1995. From 1996 on, a constant purchase of shares every month. I have owned Purewater, when this stock was Purewater, the water purification company back in the late 80's. I have a feeling that allot of people close, have a good position on this stock already, God bless them. At prices like this, and the vision that they have for this company. I think they can make it dance higher, just the way it is.

The most beneficial thing any company can do is buy back their shares. If done for the right reasons and not just as 'window dressing' it not only bolsters shareholder confidence, it tightens up the float and enhances bottom line EPS.

PRWT buying back shares would mean our huge speculation has paid off more than we could ever dream BUT at this juncture I would not get our hopes up. I say that since we still don't know what if any cash position they might have and we don't know whether they are backed by deep pockets. Since it's only been 4 weeks we can't really get that until their numbers become available. That brings up a question, unlike most pennies, has anyone found whether PRWT intends to be a fully reporting company? If they do, that goes a long way in building credibility, when TGSK made some management changes and became fully reporting it attracted new investors and the stock reacted quite well.

I hope everyone had a good weekend, got their heads together and in some cases on straight, and that we're ready to continue our effort to get PRWT on it's feet. Let's try to keep the thread on the up and up and avoid falling prey to those that want to destroy what SI was created for, information and friendly interaction. It would be sad to see this thread degenerate to the YAHOO type level. Just a thought all...
