For my information, who is YIC?

Maybe that answer will answer my next question:

Why don't the licensees, or companies waiting for the finalization
of the "goop", invest in REFR at this time? Certainly they have the
best information on the possibilities for SPD. It would seem to me
it would be a win-win situation. They make the "goop" and sell it
for a profit and still receive dividends from the company. When
the products start to sell, nobody will be able to get in at these
prices. A five percent stake for these companies I'm sure would not
be much of an investment, but returns many times over. Certainly cause the shorts much anquish.

Thanks for any insight you can give me on this.
