Since you claim to have started a thread not to be a hypster and don't have time to read a 10K filing on a stock you recommend, I'll make it easier by including one relevant section. Great DD. This stock may move on inside info that you have, but I've seen to many people burned on other people's rumors and hype. Good luck on your pick.
