Thanks Jeff. I would have thought the permits were in place because of the on going R&D work. You can't blame Tim too much for the scrutiny based on the history of the area in general. I will just be glad when one of these companies shows end of year earnings on the positive side and the biggest problems that the companies face will be thing like, how do we increase production and how much will we pay our share holders in dividends.

Jeff, Tim just asked questions, valid ones IMO. The more scrutiny this company gets and come out "clean" the better for all of us. Metals like arsenic and selenium may be in the ore, left over as part of the process, and would have to be disposed of as either product or hazardous waste. Very valid issues. The more questions that Tim asks that can be satisfactorily answered, the higher the priced stock IMO. Thanks for the answers on the permits.
