Add Haiti ($$$ billions wasted) and Indonesia (wants to waste $$$ billions to save his other benefactors) to that ever-growing list of Clinton failures. Just this last week he failed with his high-profile effort to raise the value of the yen - how many $$$ billions lost with that abortive effort? The most powerful nation on earth has a leader that is laughed at and manipulated by dictators. It is documented that his policies have abetted nuclear proliferation and, according to Senator Moynihan, made the world less secure than anytime since 1963. Clinton is easily the most ineffectual president in modern times - assuming he's working for US interests. Heck, he makes people look back with nostalgia at that other failure, Jimmy Carter (he at least tried not to lie and was seemingly personally honest).
