I would not be so sure they are immune. They do not fall under such threat of commodity pricing, but if the number of products sold falls, the number of LLTC parts sold falls accordingly. Maybe they will be in a bit of a slump until the next big wave of imports from Asia hits our shores. Hopefully Linear Tech will not have a problem of being designed out because Asian companies are hurting too badly to afford quality components.
