Well Thanh, B&N can get stuck for the sales tax on your order, plus penalties that would pop your eyes out (I assume they have a store in the Land of Fruits and Nuts?).

It does raise an interesting issue. Sellers not disclosing that sales tax is, in fact, being collected. If you are B&N knocking off up to 40% off the best seller cover price, hiding a discounting of 6 to 8% (in sales tax) off the rest of the books may not be apparent.

I hope B&N is playing it straight or they are in a world of hurt.
