Yes ...now we are back to what I have been saying and what the news releases have all along. The corporate is now cleaned because the liquidating trust is set up now which will not have any affect on a new acquistions. BTW the beneficairies of the liquidating trust is shareholders ... not a new acquistion. John Spriggs is working on getting his paperwork done and in negotiations with what he has. They are reviewing the ohter 4 deals and JV. So things are moving right along. Just a matter of time. GB
