and barbara

the question was twofold and basically both were yes and no. im happy to hear you discuss the question afterwards but to be quite honest, i can not figure out from your response if your answers to the questions were yes or no so it leaves me hard pressed to follow up appropriately. as far as the alcohol and prohibition thing, i stated i could not make a reasonable and justifiable parallel between the two situations so i reserve comment.
'you wouldnt mind if the police came in and searched your house on a whim right?'
i cannot possibly imagine a more miscalculated judgement of my statements than that. did i actually give that impression somewhere or are you trying to justify a difference of opinion by completely misrepresenting me?
'the govt does not have the right to interfere in the consensual activities of adults.'
than lets destroy all prisons......im afraid if they are breaking the law than they do have the right. here again lies the problem here, the libertarian line is punish crime to the full extent of the law but on the other hand there no laws should be imposed. i do understand most of your argument, i may not agree, but i understand..... but some of it seems somewhat hypocritical. NOT YOU....just the argument.
