To ALL: Let me make one thing VERY CLEAR I have not received any inside information from TMB! I was simply told by him that he did not represent McAndrews. He tells me he has told Gary this personally. Yet Gary continues to imply that just the opposite. WHY?

TMB made one post to the thread. This was in my opinion a word of caution to the shareholders. This post consisted of two links to information that was to inform the shareholders, and suggesting shareholders to use caution. Nothing more and nothing less.

How ANYONE could misconstrue this to mean TMB was bring any case to the threads and using SI thread as a forum is beyond me?

Dusty

FYI,

You may wish to review the following concerning Daniel W. Fisher:

(1) Pennsylvania Securities Bulletin - June 1997 located at state.pa.us (note that there is a "_" between "PA" and "Exec" that doesn't show up as part of this message when it is published); and

(2) Field of Schemes - List of Defendants in FTC Cases located at ftc.gov.

Please be careful and continue to question the accuracy and source of all information concerning Arcon.

Gary,

Do you have any insight that you can share regarding who is preventing the transferring of the patents from Nova Gaz and what is the reason. We can all guess..... but what are your thoughts?

From the June 29, 1998 Business Wire:

<.... the patents which Mr. Fisher and his affiliated entities claimed that Arcon Energy owned are the property of an entity known as Nova Gaz. Midland has been informed and believes that there are outstanding court orders preventing Nova Gaz from transferring the patents at issue to either Arcon Energy or Midland.>
