If S3 really is in accumulation (to me it looks like stagnation), then can you provide some details about who is accumulating and how much? Is it institutions, funds, individual investors, or are you also accumulating? Details would be appreciated.

By the way, a nearly unprecedented upward move in the Nasdaq in 2 weeks, and absolutely no move in S3. It is truly the forgotten stock.
