Rarebird has covered his short on Cube at $18.75 ( a profit of 3.75 points or 16.875%) and has initiated a LONG POSITION ON CUBE at 18.75 ( half a position).

PS. This CUBE is like Rocky Balboa. You can punch him, slap him, night and day, but you can't bring him down! That friggin Ice Cube keeps on floating!
The Big July rally is almost here!

PSS. After having bought Windows 98 last weekend, Rarebird has also initiated a huge long position on Microsoft at the open today. Windows 98 shall propel the tech sector this summer. It is selling like hotcakes in N.Y. and every teenager wants it. I see a repeat of the tech rally of 95 this summer.

Weekly Edition for June 29, 1998:

Digital Causes Customer Confusion
By CHARLES PAIKERT
Most consumers are still confused about digital TV, according to a recent CTAM survey.

One-third of the surveyed consumers didn't know what digital television was. One-half said they thought they knew, but many had no idea what services were actually available as a result of digital technology.

Nearly one-quarter of those who said they knew about digital TV believed that it meant better quality, including clearer and higher-resolution pictures. Slightly less than one-fifth of that group thought that digital television meant new technology.

One survey respondent said about digital, "It's a satellite, so you can get channels all over the world." Said another: "When you talk, you can see the other person and have a conference call."
