ASSensio needs to look at that report!

Didn't he claim a few weeks ago that there was no market for such devices? Didn't most of the naysayers on this thread say the same thing as well?

If CCSI's device has no market, neither does SPRX's! Lets see what your spin will be on this one.

FACT: Spectrx's device is a "one shot deal"

Chromatics' devices all have the capability of "keeping track" of the tests that are performed within the device. This data can be downloaded into a computer and a report generated.

The Spectrx device does NOT have this capability - therefore more work is needed to be done by the nurse/technician to KEEP TRACK of the numbers.

FACT: Spectrx has NEVER claimed their device can be used while the infant is undergoing phototherapy treatment.

FACT: Spectrx has not even APPLIED to the FDA for approval for use in the United States of America (I wonder why?). They cannot market their device in the USA without it. Even if they do apply to the FDA, the approval process could take from 6 months to 1 year.
